These Terms of Service govern your use of pvlabs.us and any PV Labs application, including Atlas.ai.
By accessing pvlabs.us or using any PV Labs ("we", "us", or "our") application, including Atlas.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our applications.
PV Labs builds and operates a portfolio of applications, including Atlas.ai, a content planning and coaching tool for creators. Atlas.ai analyzes your content and, where you connect one, your Instagram performance data, to generate reel blueprints and captions, extract clips from your own video, give posing and composition feedback, schedule posts, and publish to Instagram on your instruction.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our applications. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
You own everything you upload to Atlas.ai โ photos, video, captions, brand notes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze it solely to provide the features you use. We don't use your content to train models for other users, and we don't publish anything on your behalf unless you initiate it. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you upload and publish.
Content pillars, trend verdicts, reel blueprints, posing feedback, captions, and coaching messages in Atlas.ai are generated or assisted by AI models and are suggestions, not guarantees. They can be inaccurate or simply not work for your audience. You're solely responsible for reviewing and deciding what you actually post, and for that content's compliance with platform policies and applicable law.
Atlas.ai is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. By connecting an Instagram account, you confirm you're the authorized owner or manager of that account. Your use of Instagram through Atlas.ai remains subject to Instagram's own Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and you can revoke Atlas.ai's Instagram access at any time.
You agree not to use our applications to post content you don't have the rights to, connect accounts you're not authorized to manage, attempt to circumvent rate limits or reverse-engineer the app, or use the service to spam, harass, or mislead audiences.
Some applications offer free and paid tiers with different feature limits, described in-app at the time of purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will improve your reach or engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PV Labs won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our applications, including lost engagement, lost revenue, or account actions taken by a third-party platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which PV Labs is formed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Placeholder โ to be finalized with the specific state once confirmed.]
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
