Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 25, 2026

PV Labs ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit pvlabs.us or use any of our applications.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name and email address when you fill out our contact form. We may also collect certain technical information automatically when you visit our site, such as your browser type, operating system, and pages viewed, through standard web analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and communications, improve and optimize our website and products, and send you updates or information you've requested. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of our site may not function properly without cookies.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely and we implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

Our applications and website may link to or integrate with third-party services. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Instagram Platform Data (Atlas.ai)

Our Atlas.ai application connects to the Instagram API when you choose to link an Instagram professional account. Data obtained through Instagram's API โ€” including profile information, content you've posted, and performance insights โ€” is used only to provide Atlas.ai's features back to the account that authorized it: content analysis, analytics, scheduling, and publishing you personally initiate. We do not use Instagram Platform Data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with data brokers, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms. If you connect an Instagram account, you can revoke access at any time from Atlas.ai or from Instagram's own connected-apps settings; your access token is deleted immediately when you do. If you delete your Atlas.ai account, all associated data is deleted within 30 days. To request deletion sooner, email us at the address below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
